Hartford HealthCare Names Philip Rigueur, Vice President for Enterprise Transformation

Philip Rigueur joins Hartford HealthCare as Vice President for Enterprise Transformation. In this role, Phil will be responsible for developing transformative approaches for business segments; generating partnerships that expand HHC’s access in additional markets, including retail; collaborating with other members of the strategy and transformation team.

Phil’s professional background makes him extraordinarily prepared for this challenging role. He recently held a senior leadership role in CVS Health/Aetna’s Transformative Markets organization, where he partnered with various hospital systems to help individuals achieve their health objectives. Throughout his career, Phil has led teams that have successfully developed and implemented profitable growth strategies in both mature and emerging markets.

Phil has been recognized by several organizations for his business acumen and accomplishments, including The Network Journal 40 Under Forty; Savoy Magazine: Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America; and Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under Forty Award. He holds a mayoral appointment to Hartford’s Redevelopment Agency; serves on the Hartford Public Schools Board of Education, and is a corporate advisor for Patients We Share, a digital health startup that is designed to provide effective and timely workflow communication among healthcare providers.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Master of Public Administration degree — both from Cornell University. He resides in Hartford with his wife, Leah, and their three children.
