GE (NYSE:GE) announced the appointment of Arnold Donald and Kim Rucker to the Boards of Directors for GE Vernova—the planned independent public company that will be created following its spin-off from GE—and GE Aerospace.1
GE Chairman and CEO and GE Aerospace CEO H.
