Gap, Inc. appoints Tish Archie Oliver as new Chief Inclusion & Belonging Officer.
Prior to Gap, Tish served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Officer for Unilever, North America. In this role, she led Unilever’s mission to achieve equity in talent management, branding, and supplier diversity.
Before joining Unilever, Tish served as the Second Vice President of Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion at Travelers Insurance. In this global role, she integrated diversity and inclusion strategies into business practices and processes across the company. Tish has over two decades of talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity and inclusion experience in the financial services, consumer packaged goods, and luxury retail industries.
After graduating from Claflin University, Tish obtained her MBA from American Intercontinental University. She holds an advanced certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory.
Tish Archie-Oliver is passionate about training the next generation of leaders. She serves as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Scholarship Chair for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s Bergen-Passaic Chapter; and as a board member of BRIDGE and HACE.
