Her passion for innovative thinking and developing others earned her the nickname “mother” of FOCUS 2000 – an African-American leadership development program. She is past board chair for the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute and cofounder of Rainmakers, a women’s leadership development group for State Farm employees. She has received numerous awards, including a National ATHENA award, a KY Chamber “Innovative Award” and a Nation’s Bank LEND award.
She is a member of the GAMA Executive Leadership Cabinet, chair of Grace Missionary Baptist Church Trustees and co-chair of the Women’s Ministries Leadership Committee.
Gamble received a bachelor’s degree from Kentucky State University and a master’s degree from Austin Peay State University.
