Victor Crawford, Chief Executive Officer, Pharmaceutical Segment, Cardinal Health
With more than thirty years spent as a professional in the consumer-packaged goods and healthcare industries, Victor has simultaneously made a concerted effort to service through his involvement and leadership on boards of directors and community organizations.
Over the course of his professional career, he has offered his extensive operations and management experience and counsel to some of the world’s most notable companies, academic institutions, and non-profits. Additionally, Victor brings a unique and passionate lens to the table as well as an unwavering commitment to civic duty and stewardship.
As Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmaceutical segment at Cardinal Health, Victor oversees the segment distribution of brand and generic pharmaceutical specialty and over-the-counter healthcare and consumer products. In addition, the Pharmaceutical segment provides services to support the development of these products to pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers across the country.
During a time of unprecedented and unforeseen circumstances, Victor has continued to lead through the pandemic with relentless focus on serving Cardinal Health’s customers and their patients. Within the Cardinal Health culture, Victor has also worked to move the needle on the company’s efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion, and advocate for courageous conversations and truth-telling amidst the ongoing racial injustice and unrest in our society.
All the while, he has concurrently remained committed to his board service and supporting the organizations that he is tied to as they navigate their own challenges attributed to the pandemic, ever-changing consumer trends, and business performance.
Today, Victor proudly serves on the board of directors for The Hershey Company, the National Urban League, Pelotonia, Thomas Jefferson University, and the Jefferson Health Advisory Board.
