General Manager of Worldwide Channel Programs & Incentives for Microsoft’s OEM division, Microsoft

Ms. Guity is responsible for the management of over a billion dollars in channel incentives, a multimillion dollar portfolio of marketing funds and programs that reach to 200K partners, including OEMs, distributors, and resellers. In addition she leads the long-term strategic relationships with silicon partners, such as, Intel, AMD, NVidia, Texas Instruments, and Qualcomm. Collectively these partners influence $80B in industry hardware revenue.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Ms. Guity was employed at Lawson for 3 years where she served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Vice President of Strategic Alliances.

Guity serves on the board of Ryther Children’s Center, a therapeutic child care facility that helps youth recover from all forms of abuse and neglect. She also serves on the board of Powerful Voices, a non-profit which helps adolescent females overcome social and socioeconomic injustices to become strong women. She is recognized by her external and Microsoft colleagues and mentees as being a developmental leader.

Guity has a Doctorate in Business Administration with a discipline in Marketing.
