Zach Parker is President and Chief Executive Officer of DLH Holdings Corporation, a
provider of performance based logistics and supply chain management, healthcare services,
and information technology and technical services for the Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal and civil agencies. In this role, Parker heads a growing government services provider with an estimated 900 employees covering 25 states. Previously, Parker held leadership positions with leading government services organizations within Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Parker has lead DoD operations in support of Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force programs ranging from acquisition management, readiness & logistics planning and execution, systems engineering and integration, test & evaluation and sustainment.
Parker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from CSU Northridge, with honors,
specializing in Human Factors Engineering.
