Yvonne R. Jackson is Founder and President of BeecherJackson, Inc. In this role, Jackson is an outspoken leader and spokesperson, who is known as a pioneer in Corporate America and in her work as an advocate and developer of programs and initiatives to advance women and people of color in the workplace.
Prior to her current position, Jackson was the Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for such companies as Pfizer Inc. in New York, NY; Compaq Computer Company, Houston, TX; and Burger King Co. Miami, FL.
Jackson’s community board service includes:Chair of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB), Immediate Past Chair of Spelman College Board of Trustees and a Board member at Simmons College in Boston.
Jackson holds a Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and has a Management Development Certificate from Harvard Business School.
