Yvette Morrison is Head of Global Marketing & Brand for Caterpillar Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, off-highway diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives.
In this role, Morrison is responsible for advancing Caterpillar’s brand message and managing the company’s internal marketing capabilities, including digital marketing and platforms, research and insights, creative services, sponsorships, events, global trademark licensing, Cat Industrial Design, and the Demonstration and Learning Centers.
Morrison has over 30 years of experience in marketing, brand management and advertising from multiple industries including consumer packaged goods, industrial and retail.
Morrison has held a number of leadership roles in her career, including vice president of Brand Marketing at Lowes, vice president of Marketing at Snap-on Tools, and assistant vice president of Shopper Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. She also served in various brand management roles at Nestle Food Company.
Morrison holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan, where she was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow.
