Yvette Hollingsworth Clark is Executive Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer of State Street Corporation.
Prior to joining State Street Corporation, Ms. Hollingsworth Clark was Senior Director, Trust – Global Head of Compliance at Google LLC and before that, served as President and CEO of Hollingsworth Compliance Consulting, LLC a risk management and advisory firm.
In addition, Hollingsworth Clark served as Executive Vice President & Regulatory Innovation Officer with Wells Fargo & Company.
Hollingsworth Clark serves on the board of Diligent Corporation and as an Advisory Council Member for the Alliance for Innovative Regulation. Additionally, she is a member of the International Women’s Forum Northern California.
Clark holds a B.S. degree in Finance from State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University, School of Management.
