Yvette Hollingsworth Clark is Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Wells Fargo & Company.
In this role, Hollingsworth Clark is the Head of Regulatory Compliance Risk Management, the corporate compliance function, which provides independent oversight of business-based compliance risk management activities. As an Executive Vice President and Wells Fargo’s Chief Compliance Officer, she is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the company meet compliance risk management responsibilities and abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, she chairs the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. She reports regularly to the Operating, Audit & Examination, Risk, and Corporate Responsibility Committees of the board of directors and sits on the Wells Fargo Management Committee.
Hollingsworth Clark currently serves as a board member of the Museum of the African Diaspora – “MoAD” and is a national board member of INROADS. Yvette is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council and The Links, Incorporated.
Hollingsworth Clark holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.
