Yolanda Lyle is Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO for Pfizer Inc.
In this role, Yolanda serves as a strategic advisor and thought leader to the CEO, and is responsible for driving communication, collaboration and alignment across all executive operations.
Prior to accepting this appointment, Yolanda held roles of increasing responsibility in Pfizer’s Legal and Compliance Divisions.
Most recently, she served as Chief Compliance Counsel for Pfizer’s R&D, Medical and Manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Pfizer, she worked as a corporate attorney with the law firm Nutter, McClennen & Fish in Boston, MA.
Yolanda is a member of the Board of the Boston College Law School Alumni Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Boston College Wall Street Business Leadership Council.
In 2017, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association honored her with a Luminary Award. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Yolanda earned her Law degree from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree from Boston College.
In 2022, Yolanda also received an honorary Doctorate of Laws degree from Boston College.
