Woodrow A. Myers, Jr., M.D. is Chief Executive Officer of Valitas Health Services, Inc. In addition to his current position, Myers is Founder of Myers Ventures LLC, which was established to provide healthcare consulting and investments.
Previously, Myers has been Vice Chair and Consultant of Prison Health Services, Inc. Prior to that position, Myers was the Chief Executive Officer of Prison Health Services, Inc. Previous positions also included: Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of WellPoint Health Networks Inc. and Director of Health Care Management at Ford Motor Company.
Myers serves as a Visiting Professor of Medicine at UCLA School of Medicine, a Member of the Institute of Medicine and the National Academy of Science and a Master of the American College of Physicians.
Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science and an MBA from Stanford University and has a M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School.
