William M. Farrow III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Winston and Wolfe LLC.
Farrow has 40 years of senior leadership experience in managing business operations, technology development, enterprise risk, and strategy. He was a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Urban Partnership Bank. Urban Partnership Bank was a community development financial institution created to help prevent financial devastation in moderate income communities.
Previously, Farrow was the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of FC Partners Group, LLC from 2007 to 2009, the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Chicago Board of Trade from 2001 to 2007 and held various senior positions at Bank One Corporation.
Farrow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College and a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
