William K. Whitner is a Partner with Paul Hastings, an international law firm. Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, he serves as the Global Vice-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, a department of nearly 300 lawyers across the globe.
Whitner routinely handles “bet the company” cases for global and national companies in federal, state and arbitration tribunals at the trial and appellate levels. His practice focuses on complex civil corporate matters, with wide-ranging substantive commercial experience that includes contract disputes, business torts, class actions, franchise disputes, intellectual property matters, and privacy breaches. He has an established record of success counseling clients on their most sensitive matters.
