Weldon H. Latham is Principal, Jackson Lewis P.C., Chairs both its Corporate Diversity Counseling Group and Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors.
Latham advises CEOs, General Counsel, and other executives of Fortune 200 companies and government agency leaders in crisis management, corporate diversity, employment law, and government relations.
Latham directs diversity compliance reviews, legal vulnerability assessments, and develops “best practice,” benchmarking, and diversity enhancement action plans. He is Lead Counsel to the Obama Foundation Inclusion Council. He previously served on Metropolitan Washington Airports and Maryland Stadium Authorities; was National Co-Chair, Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign; General Deputy Assistant Secretary, HUD; and Assistant General Counsel, White House OMB.
Latham has been recognized by Washington Legal Elite, Super Lawyers, as a Martindale-Hubble Preeminent Attorney, and has received numerous awards including National Action Network Excellence Award, Rainbow PUSH Leadership Award, and National Black MBA Ron Brown Award.
Latham holds a B.A. from Howard University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
