Wanda Y. Wilson retired Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel Secretary of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (“TEL”) in 2019.
Wilson joined the TEL in 2003 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013.
Prior to joining the TEL, Wilson was employed at the Georgia Lottery Corporation, where she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for 10 years.
Earlier in her career, Wilson was an investment banker with EF Hutton and the Northern Trust Bank.
Wilson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota, and attended Boston University School of Law.
Wilson has been licensed to practice law in the states of Georgia, Minnesota, and Tennessee.
