Wanda Felton is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank). She is a presidential appointee and has been confirmed twice by the United States Senate. Felton has voted on more than $30 billion of global financings and policy matters during her tenure at EXIM Bank.

In this role, Felton is on the team of economic deputies that advises the National Security Staff on trade and investment. She travels extensively to promote American exports and has helped companies develop pragmatic financing solutions to win sales overseas.

Felton joined EXIM Bank after a 25-year career in investment banking and private equity fundraising. Previously, she held senior positions at Jefferies, Credit Suisse, and Hamilton Lane Advisors.

Felton has been a featured speaker at events hosted by the African Energy Forum, Institutional Investor, the Economist, the Corporate Council on Africa, McKinsey Global Institute, and the Milken Institute, among others.

Felton is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Felton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
