Vusa Mlingo is Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at ESAB Corporation, a global leader in fabrication technologies and gas control equipment.
In this role, Mlingo oversees the company’s strategic planning focused on driving growth-oriented strategies.
Mlingo also leads mergers and acquisitions, which includes pipeline development, deal origination, deal structuring and deal execution for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances.
Prior to joining ESAB, Mlingo served as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at SPX FLOW, Inc. a leading provider of process solution components and systems. In this position, he was responsible for the company’s enterprise strategy and mergers and acquisitions program.
Prior to SPX FLOW, Mlingo held various positions at Ingersoll Rand, including within corporate development, strategy, product management, and capital markets.
Vusa Mlingo holds a Bachelor’s degree honors from the University of Zimbabwe and an Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Howard University.
