Vita M. Harris is a dynamic industry leader. Throughout her career spanning 30+ years, she has developed transformative strategies, high-ROI campaigns and award-winning work for a broad roster of well-known clients. She has served as Chief Strategy Officer at both the local-unit and global levels.
As one of only a few Blacks rising to the ranks of the C-suite in general market advertising, Vita is staunchly committed to advancing diversity-andinclusion efforts and passionate about educating organizations on how to prevent harmful biases from seeping into their creative campaigns.
Vita serves on the board of the ANA Educational Foundation and on the Ad Council’s Campaign Review Committee, which appraises the strategic and creative direction of campaigns designed to promote social change. In 2019, she served on the inaugural Creative Strategy Jury at Cannes Lions.
Among her many accolades, Vita received the Missouri Honor Medal from the globally acclaimed Missouri School of Journalism for distinguished service in strategic communications. The 4A’s recognized her as one of the 100 People Who Make Advertising Great, and ADCOLOR honored her with the Legend Award.
Vita holds a BBA degree in Marketing and a MBA from Howard University.
