Victor L. Crawford is Chief Operating Officer of Aramark Healthcare, Higher Education & Facilities for Aramark.
In this role, Crawford is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to these fast growing business sectors.
Crawford responsibilities also include driving sustainable top-line growth, maximizing service and productivity, and ensuring Aramark continues to build a great place to work.
Crawford is a results-oriented executive with a solid record of significant improved operational and financial performance through the design and implementation of process refinement, innovative systems, and expense reduction, restructuring and talent development.
Crawford was the President of PepsiCo Beverages, a role in which he led the company’s North American operating business until his retirement from PepsiCo in February 2012.
Crawford is Co-Chair of Aramark’s Diversity Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. and is a Trustee for the National Urban League.
Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College, where he was a four-year letterman in football.
