Vicki L. Fuller is former Chief Investment Officer of the New York State Common Retirement Fund.
In that role, Fuller was responsible for building and executing investment strategies to ensure the Fund continued to deliver superior returns for more than one million employees and retirees. She retired in 2018 following a highly successful six-year tenure of the Fund, which is the third largest public pension fund in the United States.
Previously, Fuller served 27 years in several leadership positions at AllianceBernstein, including as Managing Director from 2006 to 2012. In that role, Fuller was a senior member of the institutional team responsible for business development, sales and client service to the large public pension plan market.
A Certified Public Accountant, Fuller holds a BSBA from Roosevelt University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
