Tracie Morris is Chief People Officer for ComEd.

Morris is responsible for integrated human resources and talent management strategy which includes organizational design, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, employee and labor relations and occupational health and safety.

In this role, Morris is evolving ComEd’s approach to employee engagement and building the workforce of the future with programs highlighting the
skills and capabilities that employees need to be innovative in today’s environment.

Previously, Morris was Vice President of Human Resources for DeVry, Inc. Morris developed an integrated approach to talent identification, development and movement, while working closely with the other Senior HR Business Partners and line leaders to build talent for their unique and critical
growth needs.

Morris serves on the Board of Directors for Women Employed and The Black Ensemble Theater.

Morris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from North Central College and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behaviors from Benedictine University.
