Antoinette (Tonie) Leatherberry is Board Relations Leader for the Risk and Financial Advisory practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP (Deloitte). In this role, she is responsible for market place positioning and opportunities through innovation, thought leadership and engagement that address the needs of Corporate Board Directors and Senior Executives.
As a Principal in the Risk and Financial Advisory practice for Deloitte, Leatherberry is responsible for supporting her key accounts across Strategy, Enterprise Risk, Human Capital and Technology services. A recognized leader, she is well respected by her clients and peers and is regularly tapped for her perspective and expertise.
Leatherberry is instrumental in developing and delivering two important Board-related initiatives: the Board Leadership Forum and NextGen CEO program.
Leatherberry serves as the President of Deloitte Foundation, whose mission is to drive initiatives that develop future leaders through education. She currently serves on several advisory boards, including the Executive Leadership Council, Widener University Board of Trustees, Boston University, College of Engineering Advisory Committee, Boston University Board of Overseers, and StemConnector’s Innovation Task Force.
Leatherberry holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Operations from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
