Todd Corley is Senior Vice President, Inclusion, Sustainability & Community at Carhartt, a global premium workwear brand with a rich heritage of developing rugged products for workers on and off the job.
In this role, Corley is responsible for creating ESG initiatives that accelerate sustainable growth and strengthens Carhartt’s commitment to environmental and social issues.
Corley has deep experience leading transformational change focused on promoting equity and belonging. He is credited with mitigating the reputational and financial losses following a landmark $50M EEOC discrimination case (Abercrombie & Fitch v. Gonzalez). Those years, detailed in the book Fitch Path, inspired the Netflix documentary White Hot (April 2022).
Citing his expertise in design thinking and change management, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) appointed him to their newly established USDA Equity Commission, for the Biden administration, to help USDA serve its customers more fairly and equitably.
Corley is also a recipient of the Claes Nobel World Betterment Award, presented by the family that established the Nobel Prize.
Corley graduated from Georgetown (MBA) and completed executive education at Dartmouth & MIT.
