Titi Cole is Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations at Wells Fargo. Currently, she leads a broad range of business groups, providing foundational operational and contact center services for the enterprise and to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers. Cole is a member of Wells Fargo’s Management Committee and Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Council.
Cole is a results-oriented, dynamic leader skilled in recruiting, coaching, and leading top teams. With 27 years in financial services, she has spoken about leadership, building social capital, and supporting women entrepreneurs at global events presented by the American Bankers Association, espnW, and Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2015, Cole led Retail Products and Underwriting for Bank of America. She also held leadership roles at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and McKinsey & Company.
Cole is on the board of trustees of the Charlotte Ballet and Queens University of Charlotte and has been recognized as a top diverse leader in corporate America.
Cole earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
