Titi Cole served as the Head of Legacy Franchises for Citi.
In this role, Titi was responsible for overseeing the operating segment that houses Citi’s consumer businesses and colleagues in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Mexico. She is a member of the Executive Management Team, the Board of the Citi Foundation and the Board of Banco Nacional de México, S.A.
Titi also served as the Head of Global Operations and Fraud Prevention and the Chief Client Officer for Citi’s Personal Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM).
Titi is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and serves on the Board of Directors at CARE USA and on the Board of Trustees for Queens University of Charlotte.
Titi earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
