Tim Wilkerson is Senior Vice President of Home Services and Sales Operations at The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer.
In this role, Wilkerson oversees the company’s Home Services business, including installation operations, in-home sales, contact centers, and service provider management. Previously, he led the merchandising execution team’s 28,000 associates to deliver industry-leading in-store merchandising solutions synonymous with The Home Depot brand.
Wilkerson joined the company in 1996, and has since served in dozens of leadership positions, including Divisional Director of Logistics, Senior Director of Supply Chain, Regional Vice President, VP of Store Operations and VP of the Merchandising Execution Team, before taking on his current role as SVP in 2021.
Wilkerson was an executive advisor to The Home Depot’s African American Pulse associate resource group and is a current board member of The Homer Fund, a nonprofit exclusively for Home Depot associates. Tim sits on the boards of the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.
Wilkerson has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Georgia Southern University.
