Tiffany R. Warren is Sony Music Group’s Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, driving equity and inclusion initiatives, programs, and policies across all of SMG’s global recorded music, publishing, and corporate divisions.
Through internal and external collaborations, partnerships, and a new strategic framework that directs and carries on SMG’s diversity and inclusion efforts, Warren’s work ensures the company’s ongoing global equity and belonging commitments reverberate throughout the workplace and industry.
Recognized as an innovative leader in the field of DEI, Warren has championed diverse professionals in the creative industries for more than 25 years. In 2005, she founded ADCOLOR, which launched the ADCOLOR Conference, Awards, FUTURES, LEADERS programs and ADCOLOR in Music. As President of ADCOLOR, she has been recognized for the progress and direction the creative industries have taken around diversity, equity & inclusion.
Warren was honored on Billboard Magazine’s 2021 Change Agent list, as a 2022 NYWIC Matrix Award Honoree, the AAF Hall of Achievement & Jack Avrett Volunteer Award, The European Diversity Awards’ Global Diversity Champion Award, among others.
Warren holds a Bachelors of Art, Liberal Arts Bentley University.
