Tiffany Burns is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Atlanta Office.

Tiffany is a leader in McKinsey & Company’s global Consumer practice and has experience leading performance transformations in the Retail and Consumer sectors.

In her role as Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Atlanta Office – Tiffany leads the 4th largest North America location for McKinsey and the efforts to drive client impact, attract and develop a diverse workforce, and collaborate with local Atlanta leaders to achieve broader community impact.

Most recently, Tiffany helped to architect the McKinsey’s Next 1B program, a business accelerator program for Black founders to build $1B businesses, which has impacted over 200 founders to date.

Tiffany is a member of the Atlanta philanthropic community, serving on the board of the Woodruff Arts Center, Leadership Atlanta, The Georgia Tech Athletic Association and as the cofounder of the Rising Seniors Foundation.

Tiffany has a B.A. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Harvard Business School, J.D. from Harvard Law School, and Master’s In Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
