Theodore H. Bunting, Jr. served as the Group President, Utility Operations of Entergy Corporation, an integrated energy company engaged primarily in electric power production and retail distribution operations in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, from June 2012 until his retirement in June 2017.
From August 2007 to May 2012, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Entergy and its subsidiaries. Prior to that, he held numerous executive positions within the Entergy organization, which he joined in 1983.
Bunting began his professional career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1981 and is a Certified Public Accountant. At Hendrix College, Bunting was honored with the Hendrix Odyssey of Life Achievement Award for his accomplishments in leadership and professional development in 2005.
Bunting graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business.
