Thasunda Duckett is Chief Executive Officer of Chase Consumer Banking for JPMorgan Chase.

In this role, Duckett oversees a banking network with more than $800 billion in deposits and investments and 50,000 employees.

Duckett was previously Chief Executive Officer of Chase Auto Finance, one of the leading bank providers of auto financing in the country. Under her leadership, Chase Auto Finance moved from #27 in the JD Power Dealer Financing Satisfaction Survey to #1 in Prime and Non-Prime.

Prior to Auto, Duckett served as National Retail Sales Executive for Chase Mortgage Banking, as well as the Channel Executive of Bank Branch Integration and as Director of Affordable Lending and Emerging Markets.

Duckett is executive sponsor of JPMorgan Chase’s Advancing Black Pathways program which is directed toward helping black Americans achieve economic success through wealth, education and careers.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Duckett was Director of Emerging Markets at Fannie Mae.

Duckett serves on the Board of Directors for Nike, Inc.
