Terry S. Thomas is the Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Officer for Unilever US. In this role, Thomas is responsible for $10 billion in revenues and leading the Customer Development, E-commerce, Shopper Marketing, Shopper Insights, Category Management, and Net Revenue Management functions.
Prior to his current role, Thomas served as Senior Vice President – Customer Development for US Grocery Channel, DSD, & Natural Channel for Unilever US.
Thomas’s board experience includes Co-Chair US Board of Enactus, Food Marketing Institute -ICC, National Association of Convenience Stores, National Association of Chain Drug Stores -Retail Advisory Board, Northwestern University -Wienberg College of Arts & Science Board of Visitors.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, where he majored in Economics and played football. He also has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
