Terence Calloway is Executive Vice President, Global Product Supply for Energizer Holdings, Inc., headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of primary batteries and portable lighting products and is anchored by its globally recognized brands Energizer, EVEREADY, Rayovac, and VARTA.
In this role, Terence leads Energizer’s Global Product Supply organization, which is responsible for delivering new product ideas, improving the performance and cost of existing products, and finding ways to keep pace with the competition.
Terence has extensive experience in executive leadership for Research & Development, Product Innovation, and technical organizations. He most recently, led Energizer’s Global R&D organization for all categories.
Prior to ENR, Terence led global design and packaging development efforts for Colgate-Palmolive’s home care division as Director Global Design & Package Development, Home Care (Product Development Operations Management).
Before joining Colgate, Terence spent over 25 years with Proctor & Gamble in a variety of technical leadership capacities, geographies and consumer brands such as Director, Research & Development, Glad Brand Joint Venture, Product Management / Product Development.
