Ted Manvitz served as Group Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for IHS Holding Plc. In this role, Manvitz was responsible for IHS Towers’ new growth initiatives, business development, M&A and strategy functions. Prior to this role, Ted served as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer as the company expanded into five new countries, raised approximately $5.5 billion in debt and equity funding and completed 14 acquisitions.
Before joining IHS Towers in 2009, Ted was the Managing Director at ARM Capital Partners in Nigeria, where he led Investment AB Kinnevik’s private equity investments in West and Central Africa.
Manvitz received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Avila University (cum laude), a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law (with distinction), and an MBA from the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University.
