Tanya Clark Robinson is Vice President, Human Resources for Aetna, one of the nation’s leading diversified health care benefits companies.
In this role, Clark Robinson is responsible for driving strategic talent priorities for the 15,000 employees in Aetna’s Corporate Affairs, Legal & Compliance
and Operations & Technology organizations. She also is responsible for leading the Employee Relations organization for the enterprise.
Prior to joining Aetna in 2006, Clark Robinson held various leadership roles in Human Resources at United Technologies Corporation, including Head of Employee Relations, EEO and Compliance Programs, Manager of Learning & Development, Human Resources Manager and Labor Relations Manager. Before transitioning to Human Resources, she practiced employment defense litigation in both Connecticut and Alabama.
Clark Robinson is actively engaged with local community service organizations and previously served as a board member for Catholic Charities of America, Hartford County and Connecticut Landmarks.
Clark Robinson holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The American University.
