Tamesa Rogers is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for NETGEAR, the world’s leading provider of networking technology for the smart home and small business.
Since joining the company in 2003, as the first in-house human resources employee, Rogers has aided the Company’s growth from a start up to a mature, publicly traded company. Under her direction, the company instituted practices and processes to formalize recruiting, compensation, learning and development, performance management, leadership and succession planning. Her department’s most recent undertakings include a focus on employee engagement, company culture, diversity and inclusion.
Prior to NETGEAR, Rogers worked at TriNet, a professional employer organization, providing HR consulting to technology companies throughout Silicon Valley. Prior toTriNet, Rogers served in various human resources functions in several Northern California companies.
Rogers currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Black Repertory Group Theater and is a member of both Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and The Links, Inc.
Rogers received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Hayward.
