Taleah E. Jennings is a Litigation Partner at SRZ, where she serves as co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, member of the Hiring Committee and Women’s and Latino Affinity Groups leader.
Taleah’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities, trusts and estates, and litigation involving employment-related disputes, with cases in state and federal courts as well as regulatory and arbitration forums.
Taleah co-led the SRZ litigation team advising Tullett Prebon in a “bet-the-company” case involving various litigations against rival BGC Partners, securing a $100-million settlement on top of more than $33 million already awarded.
Taleah has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation’s Under 40 Hot List and New York Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. Taleah won the 2016 Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing for an article published in New York Law Journal.
A member of the Massachusetts and New York State Bar Associations, Taleah was selected as a New York State Bar Association Empire State Counsel Honoree.
Taleah received her J.D. from Rutgers-Newark Law School and her B.S. from the University of Maryland.
