T. Kenneth Escoe is Vice President and General Manager at ITW Hi-Cone, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW). In this role, He has full P&L responsibility for the division and oversees strategic and day-to -ay operations of the division globally.
Prior to his appointment at ITW Hi-Cone in 2016, Escoe was Vice President and General Manager of the Welding Accessories & Cutting Division of ITW. He was appointed to this position in 2014 after joining ITW.
Before joining ITW, Escoe was Co-founder and Managing Partner at Energy Growth Partners in Washington, D.C., from 2011 to 2014. In this capacity, he led private equity deal sourcing and investing on behalf of the firm’s limited partners. Prior to his tenure in private equity, Escoe has held multiple commercial and operational leadership positions at the Danaher Corporation.
Escoe is engaged in community involvement initiatives to encourage underprivileged populations to leverage education, entrepreneurship and capitalism to foster economic development.
Escoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
