Susan E. Chapman-Hughes is Senior Vice President of U.S. Large Markets, Global Corporate Payments for American Express Company. Chapman-Hughes has worked for American Express in a number of leadership roles since 2010. Prior to her current position, Chapman- Hughes was Senior Vice President, U.S. Account Development, Global Corporate Payments for American Express. Before joining American Express Company, Chapman-Hughes was the Global CAO/Global Head of Operations and Strategy, Citi Realty Services for Citigroup, Inc.
Chapman-Hughes serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Board of Directors of A Better Chance.
Chapman-Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University, an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master of Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
