Stephen C. Robinson is a retired Partner of the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (“Skadden”), a multinational law firm.

Robinson previously served as a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, for which he was nominated by President George W. Bush.

Prior to serving on the Southern District bench, Robinson held several positions in the government. He served as U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, for which he was nominated by President William J. Clinton.

Robinson serves on the Board of Trustees of the New York Community Trust, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Cornell University. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Cornell Law Dean’s Advisory Committee.

Robinson received his law degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
