Stephanie C. Hill is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Transformation at Lockheed Martin.
In this role, Hill is responsible for developing strategies and implementing integrated, cross-functional solutions that transform operations through technology, culture, and processes to deliver business-based outcomes.
During her time with Lockheed Martin, Hill has held positions of increasing responsibility including: Deputy Executive Vice President of the Rotary and Mission Systems business area; Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development; Vice President and General Manager of Cyber, Ships and Advanced Technologies; Vice President and General Manager of the Information Systems and Global Solutions Civil business; Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit; and Vice President and General Manager of the Mission Systems and Sensors business.
Hill is a member of the Board of Directors of S&P Global and the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
Hill graduated with high honors from UMBC with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics; the university also recognized her with an honorary doctorate.
