Stacia Jones is a forward-thinking lawyer and executive with success designing and leading global employee and labor relations, compliance, and equity initiatives. She has a solid record of litigation, training, and change management across different industries.
Jones is also a results-driven, people-focused leader with deep experience developing large-scale initiatives—leading the establishment of successful multi-country labor relations strategy, designing global compliance programs, and realizing significant increases in workplace diversity.
Jones began her career as an associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. She then went in-house with Abercrombie & Fitch where she was Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. After Abercrombie, Jones was Partner and General Manager at Microsoft, managing the global workplace investigations team.
Jones is now Vice President, Global Head of IDEA, Employee Relations, and Employment Policy & Compliance at lululemon. The three teams focus on setting the scaffolding for all people to thrive in lululemon’s dynamic culture of inclusion.
Jones is also Dean’s Impact Scholar Emeritus for the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington where she teaches classes exploring the role of corporations in equity and justice.
