Sonya McCullum Roberts is the President and Group Leader for the Salt business at Cargill Incorporated, a global agricultural and industrial products leader.
In addition to her current role at Cargill, she has served as President of Growth Ventures and Strategic Pricing for Cargill Protein, Managing Director for Poultry, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Salt during her thirteen-year career with the company.
In this role, Roberts was responsible for leading the development of the business strategy as well as identifying and pursuing long-term growth opportunities in support of that business strategy.
In addition, Roberts is responsible for leading the vision and implementation of Strategic Pricing across Cargill’s North America Protein businesses.
Roberts is currently a board member of The BrandLab (TBL), YWCA of Minneapolis, and Catallia Foods.
Roberts holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of North Texas.
