Sierra Elizabeth is a Partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Litigation group.
Sierra has a wide-ranging complex commercial litigation practice including toxic torts and other environmental and products liability matters, trade secret, entertainment fee disputes and breach of contract.
Sierra has tried cases in both federal and state courts, arbitration hearings and private mediations. Sierra also serves as a guest legal correspondent for CNN Headline News.
Recently, The Am Law Litigation Daily profiled Sierra’s jury trial win for Constellation Brands against Anheuser-Busch and Modelo.
Sierra was also highlighted in their “Litigators of the Week” feature for her complete defense verdict in the second and fifth bellwether trials over 3M’s combat earplugs.
Sierra was also recognized in 2023 by Benchmark Litigation as a “Future Star,” Daily Journal’s list of “Top 40 Under 40” and by Chambers USA as “Up and Coming” for Litigation: General Commercial.
Sierra graduated from the University of Michigan, and received a Master’s from Duke Graduate School and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
