Shundrawn A. Thomas serves as President of Northern Trust Asset Management and is a member of the Management Group of Northern Trust Corporation, a leading provider of wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking to corporations, institutions, affluent families and individuals.
His previous executive roles include Head of Funds and Managed Accounts, Head of Exchange Traded Funds, President of Northern Trust Securities and Head of Corporate Strategy.
Prior to joining Northern Trust, Thomas served as a Vice President in the equities division of Goldman Sachs. Thomas serves as a board governor for the Investment Company Institute. He also serves as a trustee for Wheaton College, Rush University Medical Center and the Museum of Science & Industry, Chicago.
Thomas received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida A&M University and a MBA degree from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
