Sheryl Willert is a Member of Williams Kastner in their Seattle office. She served as the Firm’s Managing Director from 1996-2001 and 2006-2013. She serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors and chairs the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and Diversity Committee.

Willert concentrates her legal practice on counseling, investigations, and dispute resolution. She has experience in all aspects of employment law for unionized and nonunionized employers in both public and private sectors.

Willert has represented clients in commercial litigation, product liability, and medical negligence matters. She has counseled professional athletes and assisted with various nonprofit organizations.

A nationally recognized speaker and author on employment discrimination, implicit bias, compliance, and privacy matters, Willert has been “AV Preeminent” rated for over 25 years and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® every year since 1997.

Willert is past president of DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar, has been designated a “Woman of Influence” by the Puget Sound Business Journal, and has been awarded the Washington Most Powerful and Influential Women Award from the National Diversity Council.
