Shelly A. Solomon is Associate General Counsel at Fox Rothschild LLP, a full-service, national law firm with 850 attorneys in 21 offices coast to coast.
In this role, she focuses on assisting attorneys in matters related to professional liability, ethics, and compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as providing risk management advice to the firm’s nationwide network of offices.
Shelly has also educated others on attorney ethics by participating on informative panels and conducting continuing education courses.
Shelly is devoted to mentorship and volunteers for the Big Brother Big Sisters Program. She also serves as a mentor to law students from diverse backgrounds.
A graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, Shelly earned her law degree at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. Since 2013, she has served on the Executive Committee of the Temple Law Alumni Association and is currently the Assistant Secretary.
Prior to joining Fox, Shelly was a litigator focusing on the defense of clients in commercial matters, and represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy.
