Shea Manigo serves as the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations-West, CVS Pharmacy for CVS Health, the leading health solutions company that reaches more people and improve the health of communities across America through their local presence, digital channels and over 300,000 dedicated colleagues — including more than 40,000 physicians, pharmacists, nurses and nurse practitioners.
In this role, Shea overseeing 5,000+ locations nationwide.
Joining CVS Health during the Target Pharmacy acquisition, Shea has ascended through various roles, focusing on strategic development for consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
With a consumer-centric mindset, Shea leads with a passion for colleague well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion, chairing the CVS Diversity Management Leadership Council.
Externally, Shea contributes to A Better Chance, supporting minority students in pursuing post-secondary education. Shea resides in McKinney, TX, with her husband and two sons, embodying leadership in retail operations and community engagement.
Shea holds degrees from the University of Florida, Medical University of South Carolina (Doctor of Pharmacy), and The Citadel (MBA).
