Sharon Goodwine joined Wells Fargo in 2000 and developed extensive experience in nearly every aspect of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, strategic business consulting, succession planning, organizational design and effectiveness, compensation, and diversity and inclusion.
Sharon began her banking career with Trust Company Bank of Georgia in 1995 as a commercial banking management associate.
Sharon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the Talent and Leadership Committee member of the Georgia Chamber.
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Arts with honors from Spelman College.
